I took a look at the responses from earlier this week, and it is clear that many of you are starting to notice a specific direction.

Whether you are leaning toward sharing a hobby or helping a local group, there is a common thread: you want to keep it simple.

Most of you said you are starting to see one path that feels interesting, but you are still being cautious. That is exactly where you should be.

This week, we moved from clearing away the noise to noticing a "lean." We even used a simple prompt in ChatGPT to see how easy those first steps can be.

Sometimes it helps to see what a "simple direction" actually looks like in the real world. Here are a few examples of what I mean by a small, safe start:

•The Guide: Using your years of experience to write short, helpful tips for people just starting in your old profession.

•The Organizer: Helping a small non-profit or club organize their notes and schedules using simple tools.

•The Sharer: Creating a basic digital guide for a hobby you love, like birdwatching or woodworking, to help others get started.

None of these require a grand plan or a complex business. They just require you to notice what you already enjoy and lean into it..

You are not behind. You are just at the beginning of noticing what is possible.

Last week, we found relief in saying "no" to the wrong things. This week, we are finding confidence in saying "maybe" to one simple thing. That is a significant win.
