Hi {{first name|there}},
Welcome back to Retire & RISE.
A reader said something simple to me this week.
“I thought this would be complicated… but it felt more like asking for help.”
That is a very different experience than most people expect.

When people hear “AI” or even ChatGPT, they often picture something technical.
Something they have to learn.
Something they might get wrong.
But in real life, it often shows up in much quieter ways.
Not as a big system.
Just as a small helper.

Think about the little things that come up during the week.
Deciding what to make for dinner.
Writing a message that does not quite sound right.
Trying to organize a short list of things to do.
Nothing major.
But they take time and energy.
This is where ChatGPT can quietly fit in.
Not as something to master.
Just something that can help you think things through.

.
Instead of doing everything on your own, you might try asking:
“Can you help me with this?”
And see what it gives you.
There is no pressure to use it for anything important.
In fact, it often feels easier when you start with ordinary things.
The kind of things you already do every day.

🎁 A simple prompt to try
If it helps, here is one small example you could try:
“I have chicken, rice, and broccoli.
Can you suggest a simple dinner idea using these?”
You can change it to anything you happen to have.
Or leave it for another time.
I use this one any time I have an unusual mix of ingredients.

.
📌 A Small Win
Just noticing that something like this could be useful is a step forward.
There is nothing to get right.

🌱 Closing Thought
That is the shift we are making.
From “learning technology”…
To simply having a little help when you want it.
We will keep building from here.
Slowly.
Simply.
At your pace.
See you at the bank. 💰
Bob
