Welcome back to Retire & RISE {{first_name}}

The last time I bought a course before I knew better, it cost me forty-seven dollars. What I didn't know, because nobody had said so, was that the forty-seven dollars was the door. Inside were three more offers, the cheapest of them two hundred. I didn't buy them. But I remember standing in my kitchen feeling like I'd walked into a store where the prices were only printed on the back of the items.

By the end of this you'll:

  • Know what I'm recommending, what it costs, and what gets offered to you afterward

  • Have three questions you can put to any online offer, including this one

  • Understand the running cost nobody promoting this will mention, and why it needn't cost you anything

  • Be able to walk away knowing you didn't miss something

🎟️ What I'm Asking, Plainly

Today is different from most Saturdays. I'm asking you to spend nine dollars.

It's called the ClickBank Profit Challenge – three live afternoons, October 6th to 8th, with John Thornhill and his son Alex. An hour or two a day, on building a small online income by collecting email addresses and following up, rather than chasing one-off sales.

I haven't taken this training, because it hasn't happened yet. What I've done is read the entire funnel, top to bottom, including the parts they'd rather you met later. That's the only thing I'm claiming.

Now the part to weigh everything else against. They gave me a free pass to this training. I earn the full commission on your ticket – not a slice, all of it – and I earn more again on every upgrade I'm about to tell you to be careful about. I'd rather you knew that here than found it out later.

🛡️ Three Questions I Put to Any Offer

AARP surveyed 1,696 adults this spring and found that 41 percent of people over fifty have had money stolen through fraud, higher than any younger group. Only about a quarter told the police. So it's common, and it's quiet.

So I put everything through the same three questions. Here's this one, in front of you.

Is it rushing me? Partly, and I won't pretend otherwise. Their page says the ticket goes to $19 on September 14th, $27 on the 21st and $39 on the 28th. That's their schedule, not mine. But the deadline is real and small: deciding tonight rather than Monday is ten dollars, not your chance.

Is anything being kept from me? Everything I could find is below.

Is the payment normal? Yes. An ordinary card through ClickBank, and a guarantee I'll spell out rather than gloss: 30 days, running from after the training ends, and conditional on attending and doing the work. That is not a no-questions refund, and anyone telling you it is hasn't read it.

💵 Everything It Costs

Reading their funnel, here is the whole ladder. The ticket is $9 today. Straight after you pay, All-Access at $47 – on top of the ticket, not instead of it, so the full version is $56. Then, at various points: a partner seat at $7.95, a Buzz Builder at $27, a setup check at $17, and a Platinum ticket at $97 that isn't open yet.

You need none of them. The $9 seat is a complete thing.

One running cost nobody else promoting this will mention. What they teach needs an autoresponder, the tool that holds your email list, and their page points at a paid plan around $20 a month that reads like a requirement. It isn't. The free AWeber account carries 500 subscribers and 3,000 emails a month, more than you're likely to use in a year.

AWeber is in this because it's what the Challenge connects to, not because I picked it. And I have an affiliate arrangement with AWeber too – it pays me only on paid plans, and I'm telling you to take the free one.

🚪 If You Do, and If You Don't

Do it, and by mid-October you'll have sat through three afternoons, started a list, and got a straight answer to the one question you can't answer from outside – whether this way of working suits you. That's what nine dollars buys. Not an income. An answer.

Don't, and nothing is lost. Skip it if you want money in the next few weeks, because it is not that and nobody honest will tell you otherwise. Skip it if three afternoons in October aren't realistic – they say there are 72 hours of replays, but the live sessions are the point.

And skip it if you're just tired. That's a real reason. Deciding not to is a perfectly good outcome, and nine dollars is not worth talking yourself into on a Saturday morning.

→ If you want it: read my write-up first, then decide. The link to join is at the bottom of it, after everything I've just told you and a bit more.

🌱 Then I'll Leave It Alone

Their page has Sunday as the last day at this price, so I'll send one short note tomorrow and then stop. No campaign, no countdown, no third reminder on Monday.

If it's not for you, hit reply with the word "no" and I won't mention it again. And if you'd rather not reply at all, that's completely fine – nothing happens either way.
