A lot of people assume the next step is always bigger than the last one. That progress means doing more. Adding more. Making things more complicated.

Sometimes the most useful thing you can do is keep doing exactly what you have been doing — just a little more comfortably than before.

Gerald attached a photo to an email. He did not build a website. He did not sign up for a course. He just did one small thing he had not done before, and then he did it again the next time he needed to.
